From The Hosts

Discover Wisconsin host Eric Paulsen shares his personal experience on set for the production of the episode featuring the Town of Brookfield:
“It was particularly fun doing the Town of Brookfield episode, in part because my god kids and fiancée could join me for some shoots, even though now they know how easy my job really is and are way less impressed. We got to enjoy some great events at The Corners including live music and a Bucks playoff game outside, plus I got to pose with the Wahlbergs. Well, on the wall, at least.
One of the cool things in this episode is that we got to showcase what the Town of Brookfield itself has to offer, including shopping, dining, and even event options that many people may not have been aware of. Heck, I wasn’t even aware of all of it until we filmed there. I also got to drink mimosas at a place called Mimosa, which I consider a nice on-camera perk.
So many roads lead you to the Town of Brookfield, I’m glad we can showcase why stopping in and taking a true look around is so worth it.”
Alex Wehrley, another Discover Wisconsin host who was on set for the filming in the Town of Brookfield, also shares her nostalgic love for the area:
“Brookfield is where I grew up. It’s always been a great place, but it’s especially become a destination in recent years. The Corners offers an impressive blend of shopping, restaurants, and community events. There are so many delicious places to eat and adorable shops with a nice mix of local and recognizable brands. The best part is it’s all right there, creating an experience to enjoy with your best friends or family.”

All-in-all, you can’t go wrong with a mini-cation in the Town of Brookfield!
